How to order

1. In order to place an order or pre-order, you must first fill in our International Wholesaler Information Form. On the home page, click on the “Registration” tab on the right side to start the registration process. Follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Within 24 hours of submitting the online registration form, we will check your company information, then the e-mail address and the password that you provided will be activated. You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your registration has been activated.

3. Once activated, you can log in to see prices, terms and availability, and you can order or pre-order online. Please see the separate section below for PRE-ORDERING information.

4. You can change your password at any time by clicking on the “Change password” icon on the top right.

5. You can see prices, and place and pay for orders in Euros (EUR) or American dollars (USD) only. Click on the Currency icon in the top right to set your preferred currency.

6. Orders and pre-orders can be processed in a single currency only. Vitamin360 Distribution will not mix Euros and USD on a single invoice.

7. Minimum order size is 250 USD.

8. Before you place your order, we require a copy of the company register, which is no older than 6 months, and a copy of the Identity Card or the Passport of the Managing Director.


9. Click on the “Shop” icon to see the complete product list with prices and discounts. If you wish to see only a particular brand, use the drop menu in the top left entitled “Choose a brand”.

10. Enter the number of units of each product and click on the “ADD TO CART” icon. The product list is multiple pages. You must click on the “ADD TO CART” icon before leaving a page for the items you indicated on that page to be added to your cart.

11. You can view the contents of your shopping cart and total value of your order at any time by clicking the “View cart” icon.

12. The shopping cart will automatically adjust the amount of your discount based on the total value of your order.

13. When you view your shopping cart, items may be compressed under the brand name. If you click on the + box next to the brand name, you can expand the list to show each item.

14. You can change or delete any item in your cart by using the icons to the right of the product name in your shopping cart list.

15. Once you have finished shopping, click on the “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT” icon.

16. At the first stage of checkout, confirm or change the billing address, and the delivery address. Then click “CONTINUE”.

17. At the second stage of checkout, select delivery method. If Vitamin360 Distribution arrange delivery to you by transport company, the cost of transport will add to your invoice. The method and cost of transport as arranged by Vitamin360 Distribution will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

18. Once you have decided on the shipping method, click “CONTINUE” to proceed to stage three - payment options.

19. Once you have selected your payment option, proceed to stage four to confirm and complete the order. Once you have done this, you will receive a proforma invoice from Vitamin360 Distribution at your e-mail address. The proforma invoice will have wire instructions at the bottom in case of bank transfer in advance payment method

20. Any order may be aborted prior to the confirmation stage simply by logging out.

21. If an order is paid by bank wire, Vitamin360 Distribution must have confirmation of receipt of funds before the goods will be released at the distribution center. Please co-ordinate this with your Vitamin360 Distribution account representative.

22. If the wire payment has not been received by Vitamin360 Distribution by the fifth (5th) business day following the date an order has been placed, the order will be cancelled automatically.


23. In the “SHOP”, there is a separate tab called “PRE-ORDER”. If you click on this tab, you can see items that are enroute to the distribution center, and will arrive shortly. The estimated time of arrival (ETA), you can see in front of the brand name of the arriving shipment.

24. You can pre-order (ie: reserve) any items indicated in the PRE-ORDER section by following the similar process as regular orders.

25.Pre-orders can be accepted on 50% pre-payment and 50% payment before goods are released at the distribution centre by bank wire basis only. As with regular orders, pre-orders are paid in Euros (EUR) or American dollars (USD) only, and the bank wire instructions will be at the bottom of the proforma invoice.

26. Your Vitamin360 Distribution account representative will confirm the product has arrived.

27. If the fully paid pre-order is not ready to ship within ten (10) business days of estimated time of arrival (ETA), you may opt to (a) wait for your order or (b) request a full refund for the amount of your order, or (c) receive a credit for the same amount to use for purchase of other items from the shop. On rare occasions, pre-order stock may be delayed by factors beyond the control of Vitamin360 Distribution, such as customs or transport delays.

28. In cases where Vitamin360 Distribution is unable to fill a pre-order because of a force majeure event, you may opt to (a) use the amount of your pre-order credit for purchase of other product from the webstore, or (b) request a full refund for the amount of your pre-order. A force majeure event is any event beyond the control of Vitamin360 Distribution that precludes Vitamin360 Distribution from filling the pre-order. Such events may include, but are not limited to manufacturer errors and / or ommissions, documentation errors and / or ommissions, unauthorized diversion and / or theft of the container or product therein during shipping, loss of or damage to the container or the product therein during shipping, undue and / or extreme shipping delays, or confiscation of the container and / or the product therein by Customs officials. In no case, shall Vitamin360 Distribution responsibility and / or liability in such cases exceed either refund of amounts paid, or provision of substitute product of equal value.

29. If payment for a pre-order has not been received by Vitamin360 Distribution by the fifth (5th) business day following the date the pre-order has been placed, the pre-order will be cancelled automatically.

30. Pre-orders can only be processed as stand-alone orders, separate from any and all regular orders you may place. You cannot mix regular product with pre-order product on a single invoice.

31. Once a pre-order has been confirmed by you, it cannot be changed. If you want to add product, then you have to submit a separate fresh pre-order and wire the extra amount as well.

32. Once payment for a pre-order has been received, the order cannot be changed, and the money cannot be refunded, except as outlined in Section 27 and 28.

33. Our transportation costs are appealing, please ask for a quotation for transportation to your warehouse.
